Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Risperidon (ausschl. Dafo. PLD), ATC N05AX08 für die Zeit 01.07.26 - 30.06.28 (zzgl. V.-Option 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a, paragraph 8, of the German Social Code, Book V, enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. In view of the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the German Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB). For the pharmaceuticals to be specified by the bidder in Annex 2 to the contract, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude discount contracts for the aforementioned active substance Risperidone (exclusively in the PLD form of administration), ATC N05AX08, with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical discount contracts come into force. A discount contract in accordance with the approval model for the aforementioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.07.2026 and will end on 30.06.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end, regardless, with the entry into force of the exclusive contract.
