Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für Architekten „Sanierung und Umbau des denkmalgeschützten Goreth-Hauses“ in Stetten am kalten Markt

The municipality of Stetten am kalten Markt (Stetten a.k.M.) intends to comprehensively renovate the listed Goreth-Haus at Schlosshof 2 and sustainably adapt it for future public use. In addition to the conservation-appropriate restoration of the historic fabric, structural adaptations are planned within the building. The Goreth-Haus is owned by the municipality. A key component of the measure is the structural and constructive reinforcement of the roof truss as well as the ceilings above the upper floor. The attic is to be renovated but not extended. Basic planning approaches and a cost estimate from 2020 for cost categories 300 (building, building structures) and 700 (construction ancillary costs) are already available for the renovation of the attic (see Annex 2). The scope of the necessary overall renovation measures for the Goreth-Haus, however, has only been roughly investigated so far, with a first cost estimate in Annex 3. Measures for the design of open spaces are not the subject of the current planning.
