Framework agreement for the maintenance of weighing devices (overall weight scales [hereinafter: weigh-in-motion scales] and dynamic axle load measuring devices) used for accurate weighing during inspections carried out by the Hungarian State Highway Company Ltd. in its official capacity. The services include:

- maintenance,

- repair in case of malfunction,

- preparation for calibration,

- participation in the calibration process,

- coordination of maintenance,

- maintenance of the environment.

With reference to the 46. § (3) of the 321/2015 (X.30.) Government Decree, the Inviting Entity draws attention to the fact that, in a given case, reference to a specific product, origin, type, procedure, activity, person, patent, trademark, origin or manufacturing process is made in some procurement documents solely to clearly and unambiguously define the subject of the procurement. The term "or equivalent" shall in all cases be understood to follow such designations. If an equivalent is offered, the tenderer must prove the equivalence in the tender.
