Construction of a boiler workshop and offices on a plot in the ZAC "Les Costils" in the commune of Les Pieux (50), in a macro-lot combining the following lots: structural work, concrete framing, metal framing, waterproofing, cladding, aluminium external joinery, locksmithing, sectional doors, overhead cranes, partitioning, internal joinery, false ceilings, tiling, glazing, painting, flexible flooring, elevator, panels for clean room and photovoltaic panels. In parallel with the present consultation, SHEMA is launching a negotiated procedure for a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts, divided into 16 lots.
