Czechia – Public transport services by railways – Veřejné služby v přepravě cestujících v drážní dopravě na lince R10 Praha - Hradec Králové - Trutnov

The subject of this contract is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers by public rail transport to ensure transport services by trains of national transport for a duration of six years on line R10 Prague - Hradec Králové - Trutnov. The commencement of operations will take place from the beginning of the validity of the timetable 2028/2029. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, in accordance with Section 100(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) in conjunction with Section 10(3) of the Public Procurement Act (ZVS), to require the Contractor to provide the performance of the contract for public services for a further two years, provided that the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide the services in this period no later than the end of the fourth year of the contract performance. The Contracting Authority further reserves the right, in accordance with Section 100(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) in conjunction with Section 10(3) of the Public Procurement Act (ZVS), to require the Contractor to provide the performance of the contract for public services for a further two years, provided that the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide the services in this period no later than the end of the sixth year of the contract performance.
