01-25-2026-01: VG Zell, Stadt Zell (Mosel) - Planning, design and implementation support services for a digital wine experience world - Open procedure

The following services are to be awarded in the open procedure in accordance with Section 5.2.1 and Section 5.4 of the Administrative Directive Public Procurement Rhineland-Palatinate: AR/ media concept (storyboard, media production scripts - without media production/programming), exhibition design and execution planning, creation of the performance specifications for furniture/equipment, involvement in their awarding and supervision of the establishment; on the basis of the contract according to HOAS service specification (two-stage).

LEGAL NOTICE: This is a voluntary notice below the EU threshold values for the Stadt Zell (Mosel) due to the border location of the Stadt Zell (Mosel) to the Luxembourg external border and the possible resulting relevance to the internal market. Only national law applies (UVgO in conjunction with No. 5.2 and 5.4 of the Administrative Directive Public Procurement in Rhineland-Palatinate (VV öffAw RLP).
