Spain – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Construcción de un centro de día para enfermos de alzhéimer y otras enfermedades neurodegenerativas

The present contract consists of the execution of works for the construction of a Day Centre for Alzheimer's patients and other neurodegenerative diseases, according to the project drafted by Mr. Francisco Manuel Juárez Pozuelo, approved by the Local Government Board on 26 June 2026 and which is contained in file 90869/2024. The execution in the vicinity of the N-332 is subject to the office of the Roads Unit in Alicante ALC-AUT-26-299-A4. The Municipality, as the applicant, will issue the start notice with at least 48 hours' notice for the Roads surveying record, will communicate any modifications and will request any independent authorisations that may be required. The contractor will provide the data for these procedures, will prevent damage to the carriageway or traffic interruptions, will control fumes, dust and particles and will repair any damage attributable to its works, in accordance with the details of the technical specifications. The Roads record is distinct from the surveying record which starts the contractual count.
