Poland – Tractors – Dostawa sprzętu komunalnego wraz z osprzętem z finansowaniem w formie leasingu operacyjnego

The subject of the contract is the delivery of new factory equipment with accessories (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"), with financing in the form of operational leasing:

1) Small multi-purpose compact tractors - 3 units, with accessories: a) snow plough - 3 units b) self-loading spreader - 3 units c) municipal sweeper - 1 unit d) hydraulic scrubber - 2 units

2) Large multi-purpose compact tractors - 3 units, with accessories: a) snow plough - 2 units b) spreader - 1 unit c) tractor gravity spreader - 1 unit d) broom - 2 units e) front loader - 1 unit f) municipal sweeper - 1 unit

3) Self-propelled multifunctional municipal sweeper - 1 unit, with accessories: a) sweeping set - 1 unit b) water system - 1 unit c) salt and sand spreader - 1 unit d) snow plough - 1 unit e) snow roller brush - 1 unit f) snowplough - 1 unit g) washing and watering module - 1 unit

4) Trailed sweeper with equipment - 1 unit

2. The scope of the contract, as mentioned in point 1, includes: delivery, commissioning of the equipment, training of equipment operators, handing over to the Contracting Authority the technical documentation of the equipment, warranty service, financing in the form of operational leasing.

3. Financial conditions of the subject of delivery: 1) operational leasing agreement 2) initial fee (initial rent/rent "0") of 10%, 3) a maximum of 48 leasing instalments (47 instalments + final payment) and the contract period not longer than 48 months, 4) final payment of 5% of the initial value of the leasing subject, 5) currency of the contract: PLN 6) fixed monthly leasing instalments
