The subject of the order is the provision of a service involving the management of selectively collected municipal waste from residential and mixed properties in the area of Oborniki Municipality, in a waste recovery facility, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. The Contractor may use an available transfer station (i.e., one at the Contractor's disposal) before the final transport of municipal waste to the recovery facility. The order has been divided into parts I-IV: a) Part I – management of selectively collected municipal waste from residential and mixed properties in the area of Oborniki Municipality with code 15 01 07 or 20 01 02 (glass); b) Part II – management of selectively collected municipal waste from residential and mixed properties in the area of Oborniki Municipality with code 15 01 01 or 20 01 01 (paper); c) Part III – management of selectively collected municipal waste from residential and mixed properties in the area of Oborniki Municipality with code 15 01 02 or 20 01 39 and 15 01 04 or 20 01 40 (metals and plastics); d) Part IV - management of selectively collected municipal waste from residential and mixed properties in the area of Oborniki Municipality with code 20 01 36 and 20 03 07 (exhibition waste including used electrical and electronic equipment and bulky waste).
