1. The subject of the contract is the execution of technical (executive) projects for the investment task entitled "Construction of a theatre and music hall in the left wing of the Main Stage along with conference rooms on the 3rd floor at the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in Warsaw" along with the provision of the author's supervision service. 2. Detailed assumptions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract are contained in Annex no. 1 to the OPiW – referred to as the Detailed Description of Needs and Requirements (hereinafter SOPiW). 3. The SOPiW indicates issues that are the subject of dialogue with the Contractors invited to the dialogue.
