Belgium – Sports facilities operation services – Dienstconcessie voor de exploitatie van twee sportcomplexen in Sint-Agatha-Berchem

The Municipality of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe launches a procurement procedure for a service concession for the operation of two sports complexes located on its territory:

• Site 1 – Chalets Sports Complex: operation of the sports complex located at Rue des Chalets, 1, 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (total area: 34,186.3 m²). The operation includes indoor and outdoor sports facilities, as well as the creation and operation of a café and a meeting room.

• Site 2 – Basilique Sports Complex: operation of the sports complex located at Avenue de la Basilique, 14, 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (total area: 24,650 m²). The operation includes indoor and outdoor sports facilities, the restaurant, the bar, meeting rooms, and the parking.

The concession is awarded to a single concessionaire for both sites. The Concessionaire assumes all costs related to the operation, risks, and perils, and pays a fixed monthly fee to the Contracting Authority.
