Poland – Redundant Array of Independent Disk (RAID) – Sprzedaż i dostawa macierzy dyskowych oraz dysków twardych do serwerów

The subject of the contract is the supply named for the purpose of the procedure: "Sale and delivery of hard disk arrays and hard drives for servers". The contract has been divided into 3 parts: - Part 1: Sale and delivery of 2 (two) factory-new hard disk arrays with expansion modules, - Part 2: Sale and delivery of 12 (twelve) hard drives for backup servers, - Part 3: Sale and delivery of 5 (five) hard disk arrays and 30 (thirty) hard drives for the needs of the Dolnośląski Wojewódzki Konserwator Zabytków. Description of the subject of the contract - attachments no. 3.1 (regarding part 1 of the contract), 3.2 (regarding part 2 of the contract), 3.3 (regarding part 3 of the contract) to the Specification of the Contract Conditions - further SWZ. The Contractor may submit a bid for one, several or all parts of the contract. At most, the Contractor may submit a bid for 3 parts of the contract. 2. The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the SWZ and in the Draft Contract Terms - further PPU, which are attachments no. 4.1 (regarding part 1 of the contract), 4.2 (regarding part 2 of the contract), 4.3 (regarding part 3 of the contract) to the SWZ. 3. Names and codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): - 30233141-1 – Redundant array of independent disks (RAID), - 30234000-8 – Storage media. 4. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract by his own transport, including its delivery at his own cost and risk to the address of the Purchaser, i.e. the premises indicated by the Purchaser in the building of the Dolnośląski Urząd Wojewódzki in Wrocław, pl. Powstańców Warszawy 1, 50-153 Wrocław. The equipment will be installed in the location (according to the individual parts of the contract), as mentioned in § 1 para. 1 and 3 PPU, which are attachments no. 4.1 (regarding part 1 of the contract), 4.2 (regarding part 2 of the contract), 4.3 (regarding part 3 of the contract) to the SWZ. 5. The procedure is conducted in the open tender procedure pursuant to art. 132 of the Pzp and in accordance with the SWZ. 6. The Purchaser envisages the application of the procedure, as mentioned in art. 139 of the Pzp. 7. The Purchaser: a) does not conduct the procedure for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement, b) does not envisage settlement with the Contractor in foreign currencies, c) does not envisage conducting an electronic auction, d) does not envisage submitting a bid in the form of electronic catalogues, e) does not envisage granting advances on account of the performance of the contract, f) does not allow the possibility of submitting alternative bids, g) does not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the contract exclusively by Contractors, as mentioned in art. 94 of the Pzp, h) due to the subject of the contract, does not set requirements related to the performance of the contract, as mentioned in art. 95 of the Pzp, i) does not envisage requirements in the scope of employment of persons, as mentioned in art. 96 para. 2 point 2 of the Pzp, j) does not envisage conducting a site visit at the delivery location of the subject of the contract, k) on the basis of art. 138 para. 2 point 2 of the Pzp, the Purchaser shortens the deadline for submitting bids, but not shorter than 15 days from the date of transmission of the contract notice to the Official Journal of the European Union. 8. PPU regarding the public contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are attachments no. 4.1 (regarding part 1 of the contract), 4.2 (regarding part 2 of the contract), 4.3 (regarding part 3 of the contract) to the SWZ. 9. Contract performance deadline: by 04 December 2026. 10. The Contractor will be bound by the bid for a period of 90 calendar days. The first day of the bid binding period is the day on which the bid submission deadline expires. 11. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. In the event of performing the subject of the contract with the use of subcontractors, the Purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate those parts of the contract, the performance of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the proposed subcontractor companies (Part II, Section D of the JEDZ document) – if known at this stage. Further - Roz. X SWZ. 12. The Purchaser: a) does not require the provision of a bid bond, b) does not require the Contractor to provide a guarantee of proper performance of the contract. 13. The Purchaser has not specified the conditions of participation in the procedure. 14. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to submit substantive evidence. Substantive evidence, i.e. attachments no. 3.1 (regarding part 1 of the contract), 3.2 (regarding part 2 of the contract), 3.3 (regarding part 3 of the contract) to the SWZ, constitute a declaration by the Contractor confirming that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified in the above attachments – with regard to the individual parts of the contract - Roz. VII SWZ. 15. Declarations and documents submitted with the bid - Roz. IX SWZ. 16. Declarations under art. 125 of the Pzp and a list of personal evidence – declarations and documents, which the contractors submit in order to confirm the fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the procedure (if applicable) and to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion - Roz. VIII SWZ. List of ICT elements covered by the bid, prepared - Attachment no. 6 to the SWZ. as a bid element. – completed, signed, submitted in electronic form, i.e. in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature.
