Germany – Industry specific software package – EU-Vergabe "Online-Hinweissystem"

Deutsche Bahn AG (DB AG) is re-tendering the online whistleblowing system on a regular basis. The system serves as a digital reporting channel to provide employees and external persons with a secure way to submit anonymous, web-based reports of potential legal violations related to the DB Group. The subject of the tender is therefore a contract for the procurement of software to comply with the obligations of, inter alia, the Whistleblower Protection Act and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. The system should also be able to process and evaluate cases in accordance with internal processes and responsibilities.
