Czechia – Building installation work – ERDF KVALITA ZČU - ZČU v Plzni – „Rekonstrukce posluchárny UP 108“, Univerzitní 22, Plzeň (3.vyhlášení)

The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of construction works according to the PD, i.e. mainly building and assembly works, demolition, dismantling and supplies necessary for the reconstruction of the UP 108 lecture hall and other affected spaces and rooms in the technical floor – basement. This particularly involves building modifications related to greater seating comfort for students, a new ventilation and cooling concept. Heating adjustments and the connection of VZT heating will be carried out. This is associated with the modification of the existing MaR (TRONIC) system with connection to the central control room. Furthermore, electrical systems (high voltage, low voltage) will be adjusted. The subject of the fulfilment also includes the interior equipment, wall and surface modifications, incl. preparation for the assembly of AV technology end devices. Furthermore, the fulfilment will include, among other things, the dismantling of the existing VZT piping with asbestos in the sealing between pipe fittings, incl. ecological disposal of hazardous waste according to the relevant hygiene regulations.
