The aim is to carry out an interdisciplinary feasibility study of the planning, transport, water, environmental, construction and regulatory framework conditions and to compile the results in a comprehensive development and opening concept (EEK) including the derivation of sustainable conceptual solutions and the establishment of associated cost and time frames as a basis for further planning and decision-making processes in a comprehensible manner.
