Poland – Snow-clearing services – Całoroczne (bieżące i zimowe) utrzymanie dróg krajowych administrowanych przez GDDKiA O/Olsztyn, Rejon w Giżycku, Obwód Drogowy w Orzyszu

1. The subject of the contract is: Year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads administered by GDDKiA O/Olsztyn, Giżycko District, Orzysz Road District. 2. The contracting authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks covered by the subject of the contract. a) The Contractor is obliged to personally perform the key tasks, reserved by the contracting authority, in accordance with Article 121 of the Pzp Act, specified in Work Group No. 11 – Contract Management, i.e. activities performed by the following members of the Road Maintenance Team: - Road Maintenance Manager; - Deputy Road Maintenance Manager. b) The Contractor may entrust a subcontractor with the performance of the remaining (non-reserved as key) tasks. c) The contracting authority requires the indication in the offer of the part of the contract, the performance of which will be entrusted to subcontractors, and the names of the subcontractors together with the subject of the subcontracting agreements, for which they are proposed. d) The contracting authority requires immediate notification of any changes regarding subcontractors that occur during the execution of the contract. e) With regard to the key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not invoke the capabilities of another entity, under the rules set out in Article 118(1) of the Pzp Act, to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. f) Other requirements regarding subcontracting have been specified in Volume II SWZ – PPU.
