France – Cleaning services – PRESTATIONS DE NETTOYAGE ET D'ENTRETIEN MENAGER DES BATIMENTS UNIVERSITAIRES

The framework agreement concerns cleaning and maintenance services for the university buildings of the CAMVS. The context, services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). The consultation is conducted following the Open Procedure for Tenders defined in articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code de la Commande Publique. The contract also includes a framework agreement with purchase orders for each lot, executed in accordance with articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 120,000 euros excl. VAT. The university premises include: - La Reine Blanche: 19, rue du Château 77000 MELUN, - Fréteau St Just: rue du Port 77000 MELUN, - La Courtille: Rue du Franc Mûrier 77000 MELUN, - Campus sécurité: 6bis quai Courtille: 77000 MELUN, - Pointe de L'Ile, bibliothèque Cujas: Place du Port 77000 MELUN, - Campus Universitaire de Melun: 49 avenue Thiers 77000 MELUN, - Building acquired or leased during the contract period.
