France – Accounting services – Mise en conformité des comptes séparés SNCF VOYAGEURS et SD 2026 -2028

The service involves bringing the separate accounts of SNCF Voyageurs and its dedicated companies into compliance for the 2026 to 2028 financial years, in accordance with the accounting separation rules set by the Autorité de régulation des transports (ART). It aims to produce separate accounts in IFRS standards, reliable, audited, and published, by eliminating derogatory treatments and applying the accounting cost or the regulated ORM tariffs as appropriate. The mission includes the recalculation of internal services, the adjustment of debt, financial expenses, and internal tax, as well as the updating of the financial ratings of the activities. It is based on the use and evolution of the dedicated tool, including the automation of calculations, application maintenance, and secure hosting of data in Europe. The contractor will support SNCF Voyageurs throughout the process: methodology, production of interim and final accounts, assistance with audits, and compliance with a demanding regulatory schedule.
