The tender includes the general planning of the conversion of the Dransdorf depot of Stadtwerke Bonn Verkehrs-GmbH. In this project, the Bonn Dransdorf tram depot will be adapted and/or expanded, while continuing operations, so that, instead of the current 75 trams, up to 120 tram vehicles can be maintained and parked in the future. The conversion of the depot also requires the adaptation of the operational buildings by new construction, extension and/or conversion. The implementation is staged and, according to the current planning, will be carried out in 2 construction phases. In the course of a feasibility analysis, variants for the construction project have already been examined and the basic feasibility has been proven.
