The procedure concludes with the awarding of a Framework Agreement, which is implemented with a single economic operator, with a duration of 12 months. Within the Framework Agreement, 2 subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition, as follows: The first subsequent contract will be concluded simultaneously with the Framework Agreement for - Arthroscopy Tower = 1 unit. The second subsequent contract will be signed at the price from the Framework Agreement in the 6th month of the Framework Agreement's duration for - Arthroscopy Tower = 1 unit. Framework Agreement - Minimum/Maximum Quantity - 1 unit Arthroscopy Tower / 2 units Arthroscopy Tower Number of subsequent contracts: Minimum 1 subsequent contract for 1 unit / maximum 2 subsequent contracts (total 2 units) Estimated value of the framework agreement = minimum 824,000 RON/ max 1,648,000 RON excluding VAT. The subject of the contract is the supply, on-site installation/ commissioning and training of the beneficiary's staff in its use for Medical Equipment - Arthroscopy Tower, ensuring the service activity (repairs and maintenance/upkeep) during the warranty period, and permanent technical support. Clarifications may be requested no later than 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests submitted within the recommended period of 6 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
