This tender concerns the subscription of an insurance contract on behalf of the GIE LOGIREP LOGISTIC. Acting both on its own behalf and on behalf of other entities, created or to be created, of the POLYLOGIS Group, notably Logirep, Trois Moulins Habitat, Logiouest, Scalis, LogiH, Logirys, LogiH Normandie. This tender is organised under a PROCEDURE AVITH NEGOTIATION, awarded in accordance with articles L 2124-3, R 2124-3 1°, R 2161-12 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The tender is reserved for bodies that underwrite and provision the risks that are the subject of the contract to which they are applying and for which they have approval from the national supervisory authority to which they are subject. Insurance intermediaries authorised to present insurance operations may also apply in addition to these bodies.
