The subject of the contract is the valuation of real estate in the form of appraisal reports. The subject of the contract includes 8 Tasks. Task No. 1 The task includes the valuation of land real estate for the purpose of updating fees – part 1. Estimated maximum number to be completed: 150. Task No. 2 The task includes the valuation of land real estate for the purpose of updating fees – part 2. Estimated maximum number to be completed: 150. Task No. 3 The task includes the valuation of land real estate for the purpose of updating fees – part 3. Estimated maximum number to be completed: 150. Task No. 4 The task includes the valuation of undeveloped real estate in the city of Wrocław for the purpose of: - civil law turnover, regulation of legal statuses; - compensation and return of expropriated real estate. Estimated maximum number to be completed: 80. Task No. 5 The task includes the valuation of developed real estate in the city of Wrocław for the purpose of: - civil law turnover, regulation of legal statuses; - compensation and return of expropriated real estate; - updating and setting fees for the right of perpetual usufruct. Estimated maximum number to be completed: 40. Task No. 6 The task includes the valuation of residential, commercial and garage premises, in the city of Wrocław (with the determination of the value of the share in the right of perpetual usufruct/ownership of the land) for the purpose of: - acquisition for the State Treasury; - disposal from the State Treasury in an auction, non-auction procedure; - confirmation of the value of real estate for the needs of submitting an application to the Voivode for consent, as referred to in Article 13(2a), Article 14(5) or Article 23(1)(7) and (7a) of the Real Estate Management Act of 21 August 1997. Estimated maximum number to be completed: 10. Task No. 7 The task includes the valuation of undeveloped real estate outside the city of Wrocław in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for the purpose of: - regulation of legal statuses in civil proceedings (including KRS). Task No. 8 The task includes the valuation of developed real estate outside the city of Wrocław in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for the purpose of: - regulation of legal statuses in civil proceedings (including KRS); - compensation and return of expropriated real estate. Estimated maximum number to be completed: 10.
