The subject of the contract is the supply of bakery products and confectionery, divided into 3 tasks (parts), in the quantities specified in the price list – Annex 3a to SWZ and the Subject of the Contract Description – Annex 1 to SWZ. Task 1 – SUPPLY OF BAKERY PRODUCTS AND CONFECTIONERY - (GZ Siedlce) Task 2 – SUPPLY OF BAKERY PRODUCTS AND CONFECTIONERY - (GZ Warsaw -Wesoła) Task 3 – SUPPLY OF BAKERY PRODUCTS AND CONFECTIONERY - Kopytów ZZ LOGISTYK IIA - Kopytów 1. The quantity requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ – Subject of the Contract Description, which will be placed on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. The Contracting Authority provides the right of option in the subject matter procedure: The Contracting Authority provides the right of option in accordance with art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The exercise of the right of option - depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority - will consist in increasing the subject of the contract in accordance with the Subject of the Contract Description, up to a maximum of 200% of the value of the basic contract. The contract specified in the optional contract will be executed by the Contractor, with whom the Contract for the basic contract has been concluded, on the basis and at the unit prices specified in the basic contract. The Contracting Authority will inform the Contractor to what extent he will be obliged to execute the contract specified in the optional contract. The optional part will be executed on the basis of the Contracting Authority's statement of will expressed in the form of a written order. The use of the right of option to increase the assortment will apply within the framework of the Contract for the basic contract in the event of the need to ensure the continuity of supply to persons fed. The Contractor will be informed of the above with at least a two-week notice. The Contracting Authority's use of the right of option is the right of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority's use of the right of option gives rise to an obligation on the part of the Contractor to perform the optional contract. In the event of the Contracting Authority not using the right of option, no claims shall accrue to the Contractor on this basis. The use of the right of option does not constitute a change to the Contract nor does it require the signing of an additional Contract.
