The contracting authority intends to build a new waterworks on the property "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". According to the current status, the following projects are to be implemented on the property (essentially in parallel): Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal from drinking water. Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tanks with pumping station) with adjoining operating building. Project 3: Settling plant. The subject of this procedure is the awarding of the services of the technical building services planning (plant groups 1, 2 and 3) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI for Project 1: Workshop/Office Building and Filter Hall. Details (including the estimated eligible costs) can be found in the contract draft contained in the tender documents.
