Bulgaria – Medical equipments – Доставка на медицинска апаратура, заплащана от НЗОК по реда на НАРЕДБА № 2 от 27 март 2019 г.

The contract is for: Delivery of medical equipment, paid by the National Health Insurance Fund (NZOK) under the terms of ORDER № 2 of 27 March 2019, for separate positions:

Separate Position 1: Device for invasive and non-invasive ventilation and compatible humidifier

Separate Position 2: Device for assisted coughing

Separate Position 3: Oxygen concentrator

The subject of the contract includes delivery of the medical equipment, installation/mounting, settings, detailed testing, commissioning, training of the Beneficiary's staff and the patient's parent for working with the equipment, and warranty support. The medical equipment will be used for home treatment of patients. The specified quantity of devices in the Technical Specification for the respective separate position is indicative. The Beneficiary reserves the right not to order the entire specified quantity, without any adverse consequences for it. The delivery of medical devices by type and/or quantity is according to the arising needs and will be carried out following a request from the Beneficiary for the necessary quantity of medical equipment. Funding source: For the delivery of medical devices, the Beneficiary will use funds from the NZOK, in accordance with the Order for approval of payment of services under Article 7 of ORDER № 2 of 27 March 2019 for medical and other services under Article 82, paragraph 1a and 3 of the Health Act and the procedure and conditions for their approval, use and payment, issued for a specific patient. The payment will be made by bank transfer within 7 (seven) calendar days following the date of receipt of the funds from the NZOK.
