Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Miconazol + Flupredniden, ATC D01AC20 für die Zeit 01.09.2026 - 31.08.2028 (zzgl. V.-Option 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a paragraph 8 of the German Social Code Book V (SGB V) enables health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance companies. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the awarding of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the German Competition Act (GWB). For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, containing the active substance Miconazol + Flupredniden, ATC D01AC20, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude medicine discount contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new medicine discount contracts come into force. A discount contract under the approval model for the above-mentioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.09.2026 and will end on 31.08.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end, regardless of this, with the entry into force of the exclusive contract.
