Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Klinik Immenstadt, BA 1, Erweiterungsbau Nordwest, Leistungen der Technische Ausrüstung ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8 (HLS) gem. §§ 53 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9, bei stufenweiser Beauftragung

The subject of the contract are services for the technical equipment ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 (HLS) according to §§ 53 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9 with phased commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned if necessary.------The Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH plans to construct the new building „Section 1 Northwest Extension“ at the Klinik Immenstadt site.------Klinik Immenstadt is a hospital of the Klinikverbund Allgäu.------The Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH has an additional space requirement at the Immenstadt site due to the bed increase to 230 beds decided by the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Prevention and Care in May 2026 and the creation of currently missing ancillary rooms. The construction project will be designated „Section 1 Northwest Extension“.------The new building with a net floor area of approx. 3,921 m² according to the target plan comprises four floors with: - Basement: Technology, changing rooms - Ground floor: Doctor's offices, U+B rooms, chaplaincy, social services, quiet room - 1st floor: Highcare ward - 2nd floor: Doctor's offices, administration, meeting rooms, archive - 3rd floor: Nursing station, private pay services. The roof area is planned for a technical centre (e.g. ventilation centre) and a PV system.------For site clearance, demolition work, utility adjustments and pipe laying in the construction area or the adjacent pavement are also required. The client is currently obtaining up-to-date utility plans.------The implementation for site clearance, demolition of the chapel, construction of the new building, conversion of the existing structure and creation of the necessary connections to the building complex will take place in several construction phases.------Relocation of the oxygen tank is necessary; the northern part of the property in front of the access road to the GZI car park is preferred as the new location.------The excavation base will be below the average groundwater level; thus, sheet piling for the excavation pit, which will be anchored in the clay layers, will be required according to current findings.------For the further planning steps of the structural design, a geotechnical expert will be commissioned shortly.------In addition to the new building, a conversion of the existing structure in the form of an extension of the Central Emergency Department (creation of monitoring beds, previously: changing rooms) in the basement is planned (see attached documents). During the construction phase, access to the Central Emergency Department must be ensured at all times.------The enclosed room and function program has been approved by the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Prevention and Care. The project will apply for funding according to Art. 11 BayKrG. The funding requirements (e.g. schedule, procurement regulations, requirements for funding application documents) must be strictly observed during project implementation.------The disciplines commissioned in June 2026 for the preparation of the funding application are considered to be pre-qualified bidders. The already created planning documents will be made available to all participants with the tender documents (see 5.1.11) to bring all bidders to the same level of information.------Timeline: The award negotiation is scheduled to take place in mid-November 2026. The award of the contract and the immediate subsequent project start is planned for the end of 2026 / beginning of 2027. The construction of the new building is scheduled for Q3/2028 to Q4/2030.------Note: The project meetings will be held in German.
