Germany – Construction work – Ausschreibung von Abwasseranlagen in Außenanlagen (Gewerk 551) für den Neubau des AKK

The AKK plans to carry out construction work on the property at Bleickenallee 38 in Hamburg Altona to add three further floors to the building "Reha Aufstockung". The existing building is partially basemented, with technical rooms and changing rooms in the basement, and the ground floor will continue to be used as a rehabilitation facility. The Reha building is classified as building class 5 according to § 2 HBauO. The 1st floor of the extension will house a day clinic for partial inpatient treatment, which will serve as replacement space for the site clearance of the replacement new building I-Haus. The ward predominantly includes examination rooms for diagnostic purposes and treatment rooms, where patients receive infusions. Supporting rooms such as base station, offices and storage rooms, sanitary facilities and distribution kitchen complement the room offer. The three-storey extension will be constructed in reinforced concrete, consisting of load-bearing external walls and load-bearing walls and columns within the building. The ceilings will be planned as post-tensioned hollow core slabs with flush composite beams using prefabricated elements in composite construction. The external walls will be fitted with a WDVS system with brick cladding. The extension will have an extensively greened flat roof with photovoltaic modules. The construction work is to be carried out while maintaining the ongoing hospital operations. Access to the construction site will be via Lisztstraße; all access routes to entrances and exits as well as fire and ambulance access routes must be kept clear at all times. The demolition and connection work must be carried out with this in mind.
