The present consultation will result in the establishment of a multi-beneficiary framework agreement (2). The present framework agreement will be concluded for a firm period of 4 years from its notification date. The prices of the framework agreement are calculated according to the prices listed in the schedule of unit prices multiplied by the quantities actually executed. The rules for the allocation of orders are as follows: Enterprise ranked in 1st position following the analysis of tenders = 55% of annual orders Enterprise ranked in 2nd position following the analysis of tenders = 45% of annual orders
