The subject is the modernisation of the existing school building and the new construction of a building for the placement of specialist teaching and representative spaces for the needs of the Secondary Medical School. The construction is divided into separately functioning parts/buildings according to purpose. The main objective of the investor is to create conditions for the possibility of improving the conditions of the teaching process by modernising the current spaces of the SZŠ in the historic building and building new objects for the needs of the school, so that they meet current requirements and demands for teaching at a secondary vocational school. A more detailed specification of the subject of the contract is given in the documentation, which also represents part of this description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 7 of the tender documents).
