Czechia – Vehicles for refuse – Nízkoemisní nákladní vozidlo 26 t

The subject of this contract is the delivery of one unit of a commercial vehicle in accordance with Act No. 360/2022 Coll., on the support of low-emission vehicles through the awarding of public contracts and public services in passenger transport, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 360/2022 Coll."), consisting of a chassis and a municipal body including an automatic tipper and a static scale (hereinafter referred to as the "municipal body"), intended for waste collection (hereinafter the whole also referred to as the "goods" or "vehicle") including all required and mandatory equipment and the provision of complete service of the delivered whole, i.e. the municipal body of the vehicle including the automatic tipper and the static scale and the chassis for the duration of the agreed warranty period. The service contract or service contracts will be concluded with the selected supplier as part of the performance of this public contract. Their draft will be submitted only by the selected supplier based on the tenderer's invitation in accordance with Article 11.2 of the tender documentation. Furthermore, the subject of the performance includes the provision of all services related to the maintenance of the provided warranty for the entire delivered subject of the performance, preferably at the place of delivery of the vehicle, exceptionally it is possible to agree on the provision of warranty service for the chassis at the place of the nearest authorized service. The delivered low-emission vehicle must allow the use of alternative fuel according to Act No. 360/2022 Coll.
