Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Managed Services en Consultancy voor de Microsoft 365 Omgeving

This procurement aims to select a suitable service provider to independently support Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL) in the long-term management, maintenance and development of the Microsoft 365 environment, including custom applications and collaboration environments, with a focus on ensuring continuity, quality and innovation. The selected service provider will deliver specialist support services such as managed services (proactive, preventive and corrective management), knowledge sharing and development, and will work closely with the internal application management team to keep the Microsoft 365 environment future-proof, efficient and optimally aligned with the organisational needs. The estimated contract value is €3.000.000 for Service 1 and Service 2. However, LVNL has no obligation to take up Service 2 - Consultancy (development).
