The approximately 30 m long natural stone wall, dating from the time of railway construction, shows considerable damage (condition class 4) and must be replaced to ensure the long-term stability of the railway track. The demolition of the existing wall and the construction of an approximately 31 m long gravity wall in cast-in-place concrete, including drainage, backfilling and adaptation of the valley-side ballast protection, is planned.
