Helsingin Kaupunkitilat Oy (”Procurement Unit” or ”Purchaser”) establishes with this notice a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) and invites applications to participate in the dynamic purchasing system. The products covered by the DPS may include various furniture products/items for outdoor and indoor spaces according to the needs of the Procurement Unit. Products that can be procured through the DPS may be: Booths, sales units and kiosks • Temporary covers • Booths • Sales units • Kiosks • Containers Outdoor, event and indoor furniture • Tents • Sunshades • Shades • Other public space furniture and products for outdoor and indoor spaces o Furniture for staying o Benches and chairs o Movable fences and dividers o Landscaping products, pots and planters o Children's furniture o Waste bins o Signage and information displays o Advertising equipment and stands (non-digital) o Signs • Other similar urban space solutions. Products can be rented or purchased for the ownership of the Procurement Unit. The products may be so-called catalog products and customizable/manufactured products. The procurement may also include the installation of products. The dynamic purchasing system is two-phase. In the first phase, service providers apply to the purchasing system by submitting an application. The dynamic purchasing system can be applied to throughout its validity period, unless the system is temporarily closed. All applicants meeting the suitability requirements are accepted into the system. In the second phase, the procurement unit makes purchases as internal tenders within the established dynamic purchasing system. The internal tenders are made as wholes according to the needs of the Procurement Unit. Purchases are made within the dynamic purchasing system with separate calls for tenders. Applying to the system does not mean direct participation in the tenders to be tendered, but the supplier must, after acceptance, separately submit a tender to the tenders to be opened. The contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents are available at the time of opening the tender to the actors accepted into the dynamic system. Acceptance into the dynamic purchasing system does not bind the applicant. The applicant can choose which tenders within the system it participates in. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until 31.12.2031. The Procurement Unit has the right to shorten or extend the validity of the system with a new procurement notice. The quantities are non-binding estimates of the Procurement Unit. The Procurement Unit does not commit to any procurement quantity or purchase obligation with this notice.
