Kokkolan Satama Oy invites you to submit a tender for crane transport services, commencing 1 January 2027 for a period of five (5) years (1.1.2027-31.12.2031), with the tender also to include a contractual option for the following five (5) years (1.1.2032-31.12.2036). Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the project description and the eligibility criteria set out in the ESPD form. If there are more than three (3) bidders meeting the eligibility criteria, the selection will consider the longest experience in providing crane transport services. If there are fewer than three bidders, only those meeting the eligibility criteria will be sent the invitation to tender. Over the last five (5) years, Kokkolan Satama Oy's cranes have worked an average of approximately 11,000 hours per year and handled approximately 3,300,000 tonnes of bulk, 10,000 containers, and a significant amount of break bulk, projects, and general cargo. Of the crane operating hours, the Deep Harbour cranes have worked an average of 4,000 hours per year over the last five (5) years. The company providing crane transport services is a strategic partner of Kokkolan Satama, operating in daily cooperation under the Service Production of Kokkolan Satama Oy and for maintenance tasks under the Technical Department. The bidder commits to providing transport services for the cranes and loading equipment owned by Kokkolan Satama Oy and located in the Deep Harbour, to the extent required by port traffic and in accordance with the instructions given by Kokkolan Satama Oy. The bidder must also perform maintenance and repair work for the cranes and loading equipment to the extent agreed separately, in accordance with the maintenance work instructions of Kokkolan Satama. In addition to the aforementioned crane work, the scope of work for the cranes located at Kokkolan Satama Oy's Kanta and Hopeakivi Harbour can be agreed separately with the bidder.
