The subject of the contract is to enhance the effectiveness and transparency of the operation of Public Limited Companies (PLCs), through a unified, established and functionally applicable framework for strategic and operational planning for Public PLCs. With the central axis being the development and implementation of a modern framework for strategic and operational planning, the project implements in practice the provisions of Article 18 of Law 4972/2022, contributing substantially to the digital and organizational transformation of public PLCs. The project is developed in five interrelated Work Packages. It is a project that strengthens the governance of public entities, introduces new functional specifications and enhances their credibility towards the citizen and the State.
