The new construction of Kindcentrum Meule-Nova in Venlo must be realised by selecting and contracting a (combination of) contractor(s), who in an engineering team will develop a final design into a technical design (TD) and who will also be given the opportunity to realise the work. The (combination of) contractor(s) is fully responsible for both the building and the technical installation part of the contract. ca. 3000 m2
