Poland – Pharmaceutical products – Sprzedaż produktów leczniczych wraz z usługami towarzyszącymi w ramach projektu grantowego pn. „Development and maintenance of rescEU medical stockpiles in Poland”

The subject of the procurement is the implementation of the task entitled "Sale of medicinal products along with accompanying services as part of the grant project entitled 'Development and maintenance of rescEU medical stockpiles in Poland'". 2. The subject of the procurement has been divided into twenty-seven Parts. 3. The concentration of active substances in the medicinal products and their maximum doses have been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – "Description of the subject of the procurement". NOTICE! The Purchaser informs that: a. the quantity of doses required by the Purchaser in point 2 above refers to doses with the maximum value indicated for each of the medicinal products in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – "Description of the subject of the procurement", b. the Purchaser allows the Contractor to offer a medicinal product in a dose with a value lower than the maximum value indicated for a given medicinal product in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – "Description of the subject of the procurement", with the simultaneous increase in the quantity of doses of the medicinal product offered, up to the exhaustion of the total quantity of the medicinal product required by the Purchaser and with the reservation of the necessity to maintain the proportions between the individual active substances of the medicinal product (where applicable). Example: The Purchaser requires the delivery of epinephrine (active substance: 1mg/ml) with a maximum dose of 1 ml, in the quantity of 7,000 doses, i.e. in a total quantity of 7,000 ml. The Contractor may deliver epinephrine (active substance: 1mg/ml) in: a. 7,000 doses of 1 ml, b. 14,000 doses of 0.5 ml, c. 28,000 doses of 0.25 ml, d. etc. and consequently: c. the Purchaser allows the delivery of medicinal products / the taking over of medicinal products in a state of constant availability in a greater quantity of doses, than the quantity of doses indicated in point 2 above, while maintaining the total quantity of the medicinal product required by the Purchaser in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – "Description of the subject of the procurement". 4. The detailed conditions for the implementation of the procurement have been specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – "Draft contractual provisions".
