The Cologne/Bonn Airport intends to award the Book & Press / Convenience Shops plus possible option areas at the airport through a tendering procedure under the KonzVgV. Following the tendering procedure, a concession agreement with the future operator is planned. The procedure will be conducted through an open procedure. Confidentiality agreement / NDA: To protect the confidentiality of the contracting authority's information in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement (NDA) should be concluded.
