The specification describes cross-trade measures, measures for the new construction of a 2-track urban railway line in the Glückstein Quarter (M016) and the new construction of 4 stops. In addition to the services for the urban railway line, the square south of the main station will be renovated. Due to the new construction of the urban railway line and the reorganisation of the road space, services of the municipal drainage (EBS) as well as of the MVV (district heating, electricity, telecommunications, water) are also part of the contract. The construction project includes the renovation of the existing tracks of line 3 and the new construction of the urban railway line along the reserve track in Glücksteinallee. The following services will be carried out: • New construction of the urban railway line from Joseph-Keller-Straße to beyond Landteilstraße as well as the new connection of line 3 • Installation of track structures partially in the mass-spring system • Demolition and new construction of the Hauptbahnhof Süd stop, new construction of the Glücksteinallee stop • Adaptations in the adjacent areas in the road space • Installation of new piping, preparation for line relocations • Creation of foundations for contact wire masts • Provision of contact wire masts (without delivery) • Signal engineering civil engineering consisting of empty pipes, shaft system, base including mast delivery and assembly • Pre-installation of two house connections • Renovation of a canal (EBS) • Earthworks for protective pipes (district heating) • Renovation of the square at Hauptbahnhof Süd
