Germany – Real estate services – Konzessionsvergabe Digitale Gepäckschließfächer für DB InfraGO AG

The subject of this procurement is a service concession in accordance with Section 105 (1) No. 2 of the GWB in conjunction with the KonzVgV. It includes, in particular, the supply, installation, and operation of digital luggage lockers by the concessionaire at stations of DB InfraGO (granting authority). This includes one lot for the North Region (Lot 1) and another lot for the South Region (Lot 2) within Germany. The subject of the concessionaire's services essentially comprises: - Supply of the locker systems - Installation, commissioning of the locker systems - Operation of the locker systems (including operation of soft-/hardware) - Customer service (including telephone customer support) - Cleaning (periodic cleaning and removal of dirt on demand) - Maintenance (periodic maintenance and fault rectification on demand) - Decommissioning, disassembly, and dismantling of the system (at the end of the contract) As part of the procurement, a selection competition will initially be conducted. After completion of the selection competition, the suitable and reliable bidders will be invited to submit an offer. For each lot, a concessionaire will be responsible for the respective North or South region.
