The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving the collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste accumulated on the premises of inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the territory of the Gmina Barlinek from 1 January to 31 December 2027, resulting from the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the ucpg.
