Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V (Open-House-Modell)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements under Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V for finished medicinal products with various active substances or active substance combinations within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Model". Admission or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.07.2025. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.06.2026, regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Hessen conducts a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of an open procedure for the active substances during the contract period, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. The publication is cancelled with immediate effect. A new publication for this active substance has already appeared on 18.05.2026 (OH 108).
