Denmark – Construction work – Udbud af hovedentreprisekontrakt for renovering af Taastrupgaard - Etape 2 og 3

The "Fremtidens Taastrupgaard" project is the last two stages of a total of 3 stages. Fremtidens Taastrupgaard is part of an overall master plan for the Taastrupgaard area. The entire neighbourhood and the dwellings will undergo a significant quality upgrade and will simultaneously meet the requirements of the Parallelsamfundspakken, passed by the Folketing. Stages 2 and 3 involve the renovation of 19 blocks, including demolition and site works. This is a comprehensive renovation where facades are replaced or re-insulated, new heating supply, new ventilation system, new electrical installations, new balconies, new floors and kitchens are established. In addition, 2 entire blocks will be demolished. As part of the facade renovation, the long facades of all buildings are removed, and the load-bearing columns are sealed to prevent the release of PCB. On several blocks, parts of the building are removed/ lowered. As an integrated part of the project, there are also significant site and paving works in the project. In Stage 2, which is carried out first, there are 301 dwellings, which are reduced to 214 dwellings. In Stage 3, which is carried out subsequently, there are 221 dwellings, which are reduced to 183 dwellings. In Stages 2 and 3, there are a total of 522 dwellings, which are reduced to 397 dwellings. In addition, Stages 2 and 3 include the following dwelling changes: Redesignation - 14 smaller dwellings are changed to youth dwellings - 18 dwellings are changed to accessible dwellings Consolidation - 46 dwellings are merged into 23 dwellings Demolition - 102 dwellings are completely demolished Dwelling changes - 24 dwellings are changed to drive-in dwellings
