The consultation aims to provide a digital solution for managing e-reputation, in SaaS (software as a service) mode, enabling the collection, analysis and response to customer reviews published on various online platforms, in order to improve the quality and image of the services offered by Aéroports de Paris. The objective is to centralise the management of customer reviews, automate responses and optimise the supervision of e-reputation through a single, ergonomic interface. The services to be performed are detailed in the CCTP and will be specified in the purchase orders.
