France – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle du Patrouilleur Polaire l’Astrolabe et prestations associées (PP27)

It is a single-supplier framework agreement, which includes: a fixed portion; one or more optional tranches, in accordance with Articles R. 2313-2, R. 2391-8 to R. 2391-10 of the Public Procurement Code, as detailed in the tender documents; a portion for call-off orders, in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code; a portion for supply or service orders to cover any potential technical contingencies, in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code.
