The new cleanroom building will be a structure primarily consisting of laboratories and technical spaces. There is a strong emphasis on the technical and logistical functioning of the cleanroom, as well as the technical and specialist components of the building. The building in which the cleanroom will be housed has a volume of approximately 50 x 45 meters, spanning four above-ground floors. The construction contractor is requested to realise the building in accordance with the design documents, which include, among others: • Foundation; • Structural frame; • Roofs; • Façade; • Interior walls, floors, ceilings (excluding the cleanroom walls, ceilings, and floors); • Stairs; • Fixed furnishings; • The footbridge. The overall building requirements programme includes: • Cleanroom: NO 1,200 m2 • Laboratories: NO 1,230 m2 • Offices: NO 580 m2 • Support: NO 700 m2
