Belgium – Pipeline-inspection services – Fugitive Methane Emission Measurements, LDAR and Reporting

Fluxys intends to award a 3+2 years call-off framework agreement for the provision of services for Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), fugitive methane emissions measurement, and reporting across its gas transmission, compression, storage and LNG terminal assets in Belgium (2027–2029). An agreement will be signed with 2 operators. The services provided are compliant with Regulation (EU) 2024/1787 on the reduction of methane emissions in the energy sector and progression toward OGMP 2.0 Level 4/5 measurement-informed inventories.
