Germany – Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings – Max-Planck-Institut für Gravitationsphysik, Hannover Umbau und Erweiterung Gebäude 3405 - „Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (HKLS)“

The subject of the contract to be awarded is engineering services in the field of HVAC technology in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI "Technical Equipment" for several service calls for the construction project "Renovation and Expansion of the Institute at the Max-Planck-Institut für Gravitationsphysik (Albert-Einstein-Institut) in Hannover (QOP1) for the following plant groups (AG): AG 1 Sanitary Systems AG 2 Heating Systems AG 3 Ventilation Systems AG 7 Special Application Systems AG 8 Building Automation Systems. A phased call-off is planned: Stage 1: LPH 2 and LPH 3 Stage 2: LPH 4 and LPH 5 Stage 3: LPH 6 to LPH 9. The estimated costs for the aforementioned plant groups are approximately 4,661 million € net, according to an initial cost estimate. The estimated total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) amount to approximately 25,74 million € net. Cleanroom and Test Hall. The cleanroom and test hall is to be designed as a new special area. The cleanroom areas are to be provided with cleanroom class ISO7 and ISO 5. The test hall is already present in its basic structure and is to span two levels. Special areas for chemical laboratories, electronics laboratories and presumably an EMV operator will be set up. The consideration of variants that must take into account the new user requirements is expected as part of the planning. The new technical systems are to be energy-efficient, sustainably structured and operable. Buried lines incl. associated earthworks in the surrounding construction area of the building are also part of the services to be awarded. These are included in the respective corresponding KG 410-480. The construction area to be planned extends to the site boundary or the transfer point of the public development, for example in the Callinstraße. Construction progress and overall construction concept. In a delimited part of building 3405, the research operation must be maintained without interruption during the construction period.
