The subject of the contract has been divided into a basic contract and an option contract. 1. The subject of the contract within the basic contract is: a. Conducting a System Analysis by the Contractor and preparing a System Analysis document for requirements with priorities “Must be” and “Should be” offered by the Contractor indicated in Annex 1 to the contract for Clients in the scope of MKD, MPL, MFK, MEI, MPP, MKZP, MAOB, MTA, b. Preparing the System in a test and production version according to the system analysis requirements for Clients, c. Making the System available in a test and production version for use by Clients, d. Data migration from the current systems used by the Clients to the System, e. Providing On-Site Assistance service for Clients in a total amount not exceeding 200 man-hours, f. Preparing and delivering to the Contracting Authority Documentation for Clients, g. Granting a license for Clients to use the System in a test and production version, h. Providing Maintenance Services for Clients for a period of 12 months from the moment of completing the Preliminary Maintenance Services by the Contractor or from the moment of making the System available in a production version for use by Clients in case there are no Preliminary Maintenance Services, i. Performing and delivering to the Contracting Authority a data dump of the Contracting Authority's transactions accumulated in the System until the end of the Contract in any open format with a description of their structure and relationships in the Administrative Documentation, including the requirements indicated in point 8 of Annex 7. 2. The subject of the contract covered by the option right is: a. Providing Preliminary Maintenance Services for Clients from the day of making the System available for use until the day of actual commencement of its productive use by the Contracting Authority for a maximum of 11 months, b. Conducting a System Analysis by the Contractor and preparing a new version of the System Analysis document for requirements with priorities “Must be”, “Should be” offered by the Contractor and “Option” ordered by the Contracting Authority indicated in Annex 1 to the contract for Clients and/or additional Clients in the scope: MZFS, MPŻ, MSM, MPLG, MDES and MRU, c. Providing Maintenance Services for Clients, after the end of the 12-month period of providing Maintenance Services in the basic contract, - for a maximum period of 48 calendar months, with the reservation that the option in the scope of Maintenance Services may be activated successively, for 12 months, in the form of a declaration by the Contracting Authority, submitted no later than 30 days before the commencement of the next maintenance period, d. Successively preparing Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority in a test and production version for the indicated additional Clients according to the System Analysis requirements, mentioned in point 1 lit. a and 2 lit. b above, e. Successively installing and configuring Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority in an agreed manner on agreed resources for additional Clients, f. Successively migrating data from the current systems used by the additional Clients to the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority, g. Successively providing On-Site Assistance service for additional Clients in a total amount not exceeding 800 man-hours, h. Successively preparing and delivering to the Contracting Authority Documentation of the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority for the area of additional Clients, i. Providing Preliminary Maintenance Services of individual Modules for additional Clients, j. Providing Maintenance Services for additional Clients after making the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority available for use by the additional Client, for a maximum period of 48 calendar months, with the reservation that the option in the scope of Maintenance Services may be activated successively for 12 months, k. Successively conducting trainings for 100 groups of Users of the Modules for Clients and/or additional Clients, ordered by the Contracting Authority according to needs, l. Conducting trainings for Administrators (1 group), m. Granting a license for additional Clients to use the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority in a test and production version, n. Providing Development Services in a maximum amount of 1,000 man-hours, o. Preparing and delivering to the Contracting Authority an image of the System (together with a list of licenses necessary to run the System from this image), which will enable its location on other resources chosen by the Contracting Authority, according to the Administrative Documentation updated to the date of delivering the image including the requirements indicated in point 8 of Annex 7; p. Implementing data encryption in the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority within the requirements with a priority of “Options” for the Clients and/or additional Clients indicated by the Contracting Authority; q. Implementing the remaining requirements with a priority of “Options” within the Modules for the Clients and/or additional Clients indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3. The Contracting Authority envisages that the option right will cover a maximum of 10 additional Clients within one order. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, in particular the quality requirements and the conditions for the implementation of the basic contract and the contract within the option right, has been indicated in the annex to the SWZ – Contract Draft and in the annex to the Contract Draft – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ).
